This update to the Macroscopic Superfluid Cosmology Framework (MSCF) marks a fundamental paradigm shift in understanding galactic morphology. By introducing the Dynamic Telemetry Tensor, we have effectively achieved 'Autonomous Stability' within the Unified Resonance Lattice Theory (URLT), completely eliminating the need for ad-hoc parameter tuning. The framework has been subjected to an exhaustive empirical stress-test matrix across 12 of the universe's most anomalous and volatile structures—ranging from Ultra-Compact Dwarfs to Piercing Star event horizons. The results demonstrate a consistent, reality-based convergence with a CERN-standard discovery significance exceeding 6.8σ. This manuscript serves as the definitive technical closure for the macroscopic Bose-Einstein Condensate lattice, proving that the cosmos operates on absolute, unprogrammed hydrodynamic invariants. It offers a new, self-correcting foundation for cosmological simulation and structural analysis.
