Extended framework integrates EACA, SIS, and SCA Shield to enhance AI system stability and resilience.
This document presents an extended framework integrating Semantic Information Streams (SIS) [4], Entropy-Aware Constitutional AI (EACA), and SCA Shield. The system introduces dynamic [1][3][8], non-stationary evaluation mechanisms and human-in-the-loop stabilization [8], resulting in emergent resistance to reward hacking and exploit strategies without relying on hard constraints. The proposed design also suggests the possibility of emergent properties such as improved stability of interaction trajectories and reduced susceptibility to degenerate or low-information states, including some forms of model hallucination. To operationalize the framework, a Decision Layer is introduced. Its detailed implementation is considered out of scope for this work.
