The proliferation of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies has significantly transformed household consumption patterns in developed regions of India. Smart home appliances, characterized by connectivity, automation, and energy efficiency, are increasingly adopted by urban consumers. This study examines the key factors influencing consumer buying behaviour towards smart home appliances in developed India. Using a descriptive research design and survey-based methodology, the study identifies technological, economic, psychological, social, and environmental determinants. The findings reveal that perceived usefulness and ease of use are the most significant drivers, while high cost and privacy concerns act as barriers.
