This document defines the maturity model of the Artificial Mind Project. Its purpose is to distinguish between document stability and project maturity, and to provide a structured framework for understanding the constitutional, architectural, governance, and safety evolution of the project. The framework defines five maturity phases: • Experimental (v0.x)• Foundational (v1.x)• Constitutional Consolidation (v2.x)• Stable Constitutional Architecture (v3.x)• Mature Architecture (v4.x and beyond) This document clarifies that publication of a document with FROZEN status preserves the integrity of that specific version but does not imply completion or finality of the overall Artificial Mind Project. The document serves as a constitutional governance supplement within the Artificial Mind Project developed by the Cogniora Artificial Mind Institute (CAMI).
