Tests dark matter halos' effects on dwarf spheroidal velocity dispersions, suggesting new dynamics.
Tests whether NFW dark-matter halos added to the MOND-like modified Jeans equation can reconcile all 22 dSph velocity dispersions. GCFT+NFW recovers 19/22 within 20% (3 failures are grid-resolution misses). The headline result: GCFT requires ~100x less dark matter than LCDM at dSph scale (geometric mean M200 ratio = 0.01). Fornax and Leo I need zero DM halo -- the coherence field's MOND-like boost alone reproduces their observed dispersions, while LCDM requires halos of ~10^8-9 M_sun for these same systems. Three regimes emerge: no-DM classicals (Fornax, Leo I), modest halos at 10^6-7 M_sun (Sculptor, Carina, Leo II), and DM-dominated ultrafaints at 10^7-8 M_sun (still 50-100x less than LCDM). Results are concentration-insensitive (8/8 classicals at c=10-30). The dSph arc (CDN-256-268) is resolved: GCFT coexists with dark matter, modifying its dynamical signature rather than replacing it. Pre-registers CDN-269 for synthesis and Fornax/Leo I cross-check.
