In the first stage, a 40-item proposition list by conducting in-depth interviews. In the second stage, the draft of the items was prepared by obtaining expert opinions, and revisions were made to the items. In the last stage, the 15-item draft was tested with a pilot application. The pilot application was conducted with 147 people working in the media and entertainment sector. The designed scale was applied to 370 employees in the advertising sector, and a 9-item one-dimensional diversity, equality, and inclusiveness scale was obtained. The structure of the scale was tested with confirmatory factor analysis, and it was determined that it provided high compliance. The Cronbach Alpha value was calculated as 0.894, and it was concluded that the scale was valid and reliable. This scale can be used as an effective tool in different sectors to measure the diversity and inclusiveness levels of businesses.
