Short note confirms PMNS predictions using JUNO and T2K+NOvA measurements for theta_12 and theta_23 values, ensuring no free parameters exist.
The OOB neutrino sector was closed at zero free parameters by Papers CCLII-CCLV. This short note records that two independent 2026 measurements land on those parameter-free PMNS predictions. (1) JUNO's first reactor-antineutrino result (Nature 2026) gives sin^2 theta_12 = 0.3092 +/- 0.0087; the OOB conservation law sin^2 theta_12 = 1/3 - sin^2 theta_13 = 0.3117 (CCLII) sits +0.29 sigma away. (2) The T2K+NOvA joint fit (Nature, DOI 10.1038/s41586-025-09599-3) gives sin^2 theta_23 = 0.56 (+0.03/-0.05) in the upper octant; the OOB value sin^2 theta_23 = (1 + sin 2 theta_G2)/2 = 0.5703 (theta_G2 = 4.04 deg, set by the second free parameter delta-M/M) sits +0.34 sigma away and is in the upper octant -- the one discrete binary the framework had to call. The upper octant is structurally mandatory (a lower-octant solution needs sin 2 theta_G2 < 0, forbidden in the G2 root system). These are confirmations of standing predictions, not new derivations or fits: the PMNS sector carries zero free parameters (angles, Dm^2 ratio, absolute scale Dm^2_21=7.515e-5 closed in CCLIII at +0.13 sigma, normal hierarchy, delta_CP sign) from {m_t, delta-M/M} + G2 geometry. delta_CP magnitude remains the one undetermined PMNS quantity (DUNE/Hyper-K). Verification script bundled, 6/6 PASS. Zero free parameters.
