Identifies marketing challenges in B2B paper suppliers, suggesting improvements for sustained growth.
This study aims to understand the key marketing challenges faced by small B2B paper suppliers in a competitive market. The research shows that suppliers face strong price competition, increasing customer switching behavior, and rising expectations for promotional offers and digital presence. Although trust and long-term relationships remain important in B2B transactions, limited product differentiation and intense competition affect business sustainability. The study identifies pricing pressure, weak digital visibility, and lack of structured promotional strategies as major challenges. Customers are often attracted by bulk discounts and competitive offers, making customer retention difficult. Based on these findings, the research provides recommendations to improve marketing practices, strengthen customer relationships, and enhance competitiveness. The study ultimately aims to help small B2B paper suppliers adapt to changing market conditions and achieve sustainable growth.
