CDN-318 binds the existing GCFT Boltzmann/CLASS and MDMD/ODF receipt chain into a publication-facing audit artifact. It does not perform a fresh CLASS, CAMB, or Boltzmann run. Instead, it hashes and registers prior results from CDN-75, CDN-89, CDN-108, CDN-112, CDN-261, CDN-272, CDN-273, CDN-275, and CDN-317, then separates allowed claims from forbidden claims.The artifact records the cached dense CLASS corridor, the eBOSS pivot-safety result, the Ly-alpha emulator/hydro boundary, the D11/D11b theory closure, and the remaining local covariance/calibration acquisition gate for MDMD/ODF replay claims.
