A compound-probability analysis of 25 Black American achievement clusters arising under chattel slavery, convict leasing, post-Reconstruction legal exclusion, and 150+ years of sustained mass-media propaganda yields a joint probability of 7.46 × 10⁻³⁸, or odds of approximately 1 in 1.34 × 10³⁷. Per-event probabilities were deliberately biased upward, ensuring that rarity is understated rather than inflated. Benchmark comparison places the compound outcome roughly 30 orders of magnitude rarer than a Powerball jackpot and 32 orders of magnitude rarer than an annual U.S. lightning strike. A six-vector propaganda-resistance cluster yields a sub-probability of 6.4 × 10⁻⁷ and accounts for approximately 17% of total compound rarity. Comparative analysis with Roma populations — despite longer chattel enslavement in the Romanian principalities and greater retention of surnames, religion, language, and clan structure — reveals no comparable achievement stack. Bayesian comparison implies lower per-event probabilities for Black Americans than for Roma, and therefore an even smaller compound outcome. Two interpretations emerge: (1) the assigned per-event probabilities underestimate the generative capacity operating beneath chattel-slavery conditions, or (2) the independence assumption fails. Shared causal pathways connect labor, institution-building, military service, invention, cuisine, music, civil rights, and global cultural influence. Rather than 25 isolated outcomes, the data are most parsimoniously explained by a single emergent historical phenomenon: exceptional achievement density under sustained constraint.
