This paper establishes the theoretical and methodological foundations of the Share-Based Cybernetic Model (SBCM), developed as a viable alternative to both market-driven capitalism (Economics) and rigid, top-down bureaucratic planning. The author argues for a paradigm shift from abstract monetary indicators to the management of natural-value balances measured in physical units. The proposed model introduces a dual-circuit architecture: a cashless industrial foundation (Circuit A) and a consumer circuit driven by personal share-wallets (Circuit B). We define the framework of intentional hashing, which enables instantaneous, decentralized translation of citizen needs into real-time production schedules, alongside the concept of fractal recursion as a fundamental principle governing the isomorphism of management structures.
