Abstract Using data from a 2024 pertussis outbreak in South Korea, we estimated a median incubation period of 11 days (95% credible interval, 9–14) and a 95th percentile of 26 days (95% credible interval, 18–31), supporting 21-day monitoring of exposed contacts and vigilance beyond day 21 in ongoing outbreaks.
