Theoretical framework updates predictions and establishes observational criteria in virology, enhancing testability.
On the basis of the integrated theoretical framework concluded in SFL-VIR-01 to SFL-VIR06, this paper systematically sorts out deducible predictions, observable empirical expectations and explicit falsification criteria belonging to the SFL unified virological system. Distinct from the preceding six papers which focus on mechanism deduction, phenomenon reinterpretation, theoretical integration and practical application expansion, the present work centers on the scientific methodological completeness of the Species Fixed Law virological paradigm, aiming to establish objective, operable evaluation standards that enable subsequent laboratory tests, long-term epidemiological surveillance and genomic sequencing evidence to independently judge the rationality and applicable boundary of the whole theoretical system. The core logical premise of the SFL virological framework lies in two invariant core rules: the permanent stability of G₀ initial genetic architecture and the bounded accumulation of genetic damage. All phenotypic variations of viruses are confined changes occurring inside the fixed core framework, rather than progressive evolutionary breakthrough capable of reconstructing species-defining genetic structures or generating brand-new core hereditary information. Accordingly, the system derives a series of deterministic predictions concerning viral mutation tendency, host adaptation pattern, immune interaction rule, virulence fluctuation law and long-term circulation trend. Meanwhile, this paper clearly defines conclusive observational or experimental evidence that can directly contradict the core premises of SFL, forming clear falsification thresholds. By supplementing predictive deduction and falsification boundary norms, the SFL virological system transforms from a retrospective interpretation framework for existing viral phenomena into a complete testable scientific model with forward prediction capacity and objective judging standards. This supplement perfects the whole logical chain of the SFL-VIR series from theoretical construction, system summarization to scientific verification norm formulation, further unifies its academic paradigm with the cross-domain isomorphic rules proposed in SFL-EAI serial papers, and finishes the methodological construction of the entire viral research branch of Species Fixed Law theory.
