Theoretical framework defines viral variation rules using fixed law in virology, suggesting new analytical approaches.
Based on the SFL theoretical framework & G₀ fixed architecture principle derived from previous serial papers, this paper systematically summarizes and integrates the complete theoretical system of the SFL-VIR serial researches from SFL-VIR-01 to SFL-VIR-05. This study establishes a unified analytical framework for virology based on the Species Fixed Law, providing a standardized alternative interpretation system for core viral research topics including viral variation, attenuation, cross-host transmission, immune recognition and viral origin. Traditional virological research relies heavily on evolutionary theories to explain all phenotypic changes of viruses, which cannot reasonably account for the stability of viral core characteristics and multiple boundary constraints observed in long-term monitoring data. Synthesizing the core conclusions of the previous five papers, all biological behaviors and trait changes of viruses can be uniformly interpreted through two core variables: the invariant initial genetic architecture G₀ and the cumulative bounded genetic damage ΔG_d. Viruses have no inherent mechanism to generate innovative core genetic information or break species boundary characteristics through spontaneous variation. All observable phenotypic drift, functional decline and host adaptation performance belong to the intrasystem change within the fixed framework, rather than progressive evolutionary breakthrough. Combined with the unified system state equation: G=G₀+ΔG_d(+)-ΔG_d(-) Following the universal dissipation stability constraint applicable to all complex systems: ε(T)=o(1 / T) This paper completes the systematic sorting of five core controversial issues in traditional viral research, including viral progressive virulence evolution, cross-species evolutionary leap, immune escape evolution, de novo viral origin, and continuous new mutant generation. The constructed SFL virological system realizes logical self-consistency in theory, mathematical verifiability in deduction, and empirical compatibility in observation. Meanwhile, it maintains strict isomorphic correspondence with the damage accumulation and fixed framework rules of biological cells, electronic hardware and artificial intelligence systems in the SFL-EAI serial papers, further completing the cross-domain unified complex system theory of Species Fixed Law. This theoretical system provides new quantitative criteria and analytical ideas for epidemic prediction, universal vaccine development, public health risk assessment and viral taxonomy research.
