This study examines the possibilities of employing blockchain technology to enhance Vietnam's supply chain for halal products. The research recommends initiating pilot projects and fostering international collaboration while assessing the benefits, challenges, and implementation strategies tailored to the local settings of Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam. To inform digital transformation policies and enhance the competitiveness of a sustainable Halal economy, the key scientific contributions encompass: systematizing the distinctive challenges of the Halal supply chain in a non-Muslim-majority nation such as Vietnam; evaluating the feasibility of blockchain implementation in the local context; and suggesting a practical application framework, including pilot projects for significant export sectors.
