We present a non-perturbative cosmological model in which accelerated expansion emerges from critical dynamics of a canonical scalar field within General Relativity. An inverse power-law potential drives the field toward a finite-time critical point where the effective field description breaks down. The loss of Lipschitz continuity generates a discrete stratification of post-critical solutions. Floquet analysis yields log-periodic oscillation amplitude ε ≈ 4.4 × 10⁻³ and frequency ω ≈ 5.2, falsifiable by DESI Year-5, CMB-S4, and Euclid.
