This paper finishes the closed-loop methodology of the whole SFL-LS series, unifying prediction indexes, measurable observation standards and falsification rules, keeping consistent writing norms with SFL-VIR-X、SFL-EAI-X、SFL-CELL-X. The core hypothesis of the lifespan system is summarized as follows: Total lifespan L = Tavg × N; total cell renewal quota N is species-fixed innate constant, cannot be artificially expanded; irreversible ΔGd(-) damage to cell G₀ modules lowers whole-body average cell functional cycle Tavg, accelerates quota consumption and shortens actual lifespan; all chronic diseases accelerate aging via damaging core cell groups (hematopoietic stem cells, neurons, proliferative somatic cells). Universal state equation shared by all SFL subsystems G = G₀ + ΔGd(+) − ΔGd(−) 1. Verifiable forward predictions: ① Bone marrow hematopoietic G₀ damage (SLE platelet defect state) corresponds to measurable decline of blood routine related indexes (MPV, PDW etc.) and synchronous drop of systemic Tavg ② Different damaged G₀ modules (proliferation module/nerve clearance module) lead to different declining degrees of Tavg ③ Therapy only easing secondary inflammation or superficial lesions cannot lift Tavg; only repairing cell native G₀ structure can recover Tavg and slow quota consumption rate ④ Long-term excessive ΔGd(-) accumulation presents positive correlation with aging speed and disease onset age 2. Clear falsification conditions: If experimental evidence proves that human innate total renewal quota N can be permanently increased artificially; or persistent pathological aging occurs without ΔGd(-) damage on cell original G₀ architecture; or damaged core cell G₀ modules do not cause decline of Tavg, then the core quantitative hypothesis of SFL-LS system shall be overturned. This paper links the qualitative cell damage mechanism of CELL series and quantitative lifespan calculation of LS series completely, forms unified verification standard for the biological branch of whole SFL theoretical system, and lays methodological foundation for later expansion to atomic nucleus, celestial body and cosmic scale systems.
