John et al. (2026) conducted a cohort in Intact abdominal aortic aneurysms (n=646). Endologix endograft vs. Cook endograft was evaluated on 10-year mortality (aHR 3.23, 95% CI 1.73-6.06, p=<.01). Endologix endografts were associated with significantly higher 10-year mortality (55% vs 34%, aHR 3.23) compared to Cook devices following endovascular aortic repair for intact abdominal aortic aneurysms.
