Demonstrates the Cogenetic Minkowski Functional in spacetime modeling, highlighting its conceptual clarity.
Cogenetic Minkowski Functional is the Minkowski-stage observation functional within the residual-aware Cogenesis framework. It treats flat Minkowski geometry as projection calculus: a utilitarian simplification built for Lorentz covariance, variational methods, and perturbation theory. That layer sits above process calculus, which carries the relational dynamics of observation — observer throughline, environmental context, process time, resolution, and the residual lost when a continuous field is projected to an observable. Standard practice treats spacetime as primitive and bolts environment and process on as external inputs afterward. CMF keeps the Minkowski machinery but refuses that reification. It separates what Minkowski stipulates from what CMF determines at each process time and predicts as resolution sharpens over the running observation. Flat Minkowski is recovered only in the low-residual limit, when the projection calculus suffices for the accounting task, not because spacetime is ontologically primary.
