Abstract

ABSTRACT We report a rare pathological proximal humerus fracture caused by marginal zone lymphoma. The patient underwent reverse total shoulder arthroplasty followed by systemic therapy. At 15‐month follow‐up, functional recovery was excellent with no recurrence. Low‐energy fractures without trauma history warrant suspicion of underlying pathology.
