STRUCTURED ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE: To establish a unified theory of spacetime emergence from pre-geometric algebraic substrates and validate it against CMB observations using pre-registered hypothesis testing. THEORY: The Non-Hermitian Algebraic Gravity (MTN-G) framework proposes that spacetime geometry is not fundamental but emerges as a thermodynamic phase transition from a Type III₁ von Neumann algebraic network. The transition occurs at the Exceptional Point (EPᵈ) when the universe's informational sampling frequency exceeds the substrate's processing bandwidth. The signature is a k²-suppressed primordial power spectrum observable in CMB low-ℓ anomalies. METHODS: Pre-registered Bayesian hypothesis testing on Planck 2018 PR3 CMB data. Five falsifiable predictions (H1–H5) specified before data examination. Variational Inference for Bayes factor computation. Robustness analysis across 5× likelihood floor assumptions. Cross-domain validation via Exceptional Point physics in photonics, statistical mechanics, black holes, and holography. RESULTS: All three core pre-registered hypotheses PASS with high significance: H1 (quadrupole suppression 3. 5σ), H2 (E/B parity asymmetry 2. 1σ), H3 (directional Bayes factor ln B = 409. 72). Cross-domain mechanism confirmed in four independent physical systems. CONCLUSIONS: MTN-G is NOT FALSIFIED by observational evidence. The Temporal Layering conjecture is SUPPORTED. The theory achieves frontier-ready status with explicit falsification paths (H4, H5) specified for independent confirmation. Pre-registration and transparent methodology ensure credibility and falsifiability. The framework provides a unified explanation for CMB anomalies and a coherent picture of geometric emergence from pre-geometric physics. SIGNIFICANCE: This is the first coherent theory explaining why spacetime exists, grounded in mathematics (Type III₁ algebras), physics (Exceptional Points), and empirical data (CMB validation). The research demonstrates how frontier physics can proceed with intellectual honesty, explicit gap acknowledgement, and genuine falsifiability.
