Wearable technology is a key technology in the digital age of health care to control personalized healthcare. The present paper explores the opportunities of wearable technology, artificial intelligence (AI) and effective cybersecurity to develop safe health monitoring systems. The gadget monitors the crucial indices such as the heart rate, sleep patterns, and movement with the assistance of the Galaxy Watch 4 data. Perplexity API provides personalized health suggestions, and the machine learning algorithms interpret such data to identify trends and patterns. Cybersecurity provides the integrity and privacy of data by combining the user authentication, activity monitoring, and the encrypted method. Another factor of the endeavor that allows safe access to health-related information and suggestions is a user-friendly web interface. The suggested approach addresses the critical security concerns in digital health industry and offers a user with useful health information. The system will aim at developing a new standard in the personalized healthcare sector and providing safer and smarter patient experiences through the improvement of their tight security measures and integrating them with AI-driven data.
