Framework identifies key variables influencing graduate readiness, addressing a structural role problem in education.
This paper introduces The Bridge Framework — a three-variable, sequentially gated model for producing genuinely market-ready graduates. It argues that the gap between academic output and industry readiness is not a curriculum problem but a structural role problem. The three variables — Knowledge (foundation), Pressure (activator), and Composure Under Consequence (differentiator) — operate in sequence and cannot be substituted by technology or program design. The framework includes a Conditional Triage Model, an Entry Diagnostic, culturally calibrated readiness assessment for GCC contexts, and a three-tier network model for deploying Bridge practitioners at institutional scale.
