Cultural Resources Assessment Survey assesses regulatory obligations in Military Working Dog and Special Warfare Training Wing campuses, ensuring compliance with preservation laws.
Oneida LG2 Environmental Solutions (LG2) conducted a Cultural Resources Assessment Survey of the Military Working Dog (MWD) Kennel Campus and Special Warfare Training Wing (SWTW) Campus at Chapman Training Annex on Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) in Bexar County, Texas on behalf of Raymond-Pond Solutions (Pond). The project was initiated to assist the US Air Force (USAF) in relocating and constructing a new MWD campus as well as expanding the footprint of the SWTW campus. The survey was completed in two parts, with the first survey for the Military Work Dog Kennel Campus being completed in 2024, and the Special Warfare Training Wing Campus survey being completed in 2026. Both surveys were conducted to assist in meeting regulatory obligations under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), as amended.
