Based on the standard model of modern physics in which "the speed of light is constant and the observer is stationary," this paper proposes a brand-new cosmological picture — by swapping the reference frames of light speed and the observer, we obtain an "Omnidirectional Spherical Nested Spiral Universe Model" that is fully equivalent to existing physics, preserves all physical formulas unchanged, yet explains phenomena more simply and self-consistently. The model assumes that light is stationary in the background field, while the material system in which the observer resides undergoes omnidirectional spherical nested spiral motion at the speed of light. Starting from observed facts such as the Earth's rotation, its revolution around the Sun, the Solar System's orbit around the Milky Way, and the Milky Way's motion around higher-level structures, the model deduces a cosmic architecture of 10 nested layers plus one dimension of time, explaining that the speed of light c ≈ 300,000 km/s is precisely the absolute velocity at which the outermost rotating carousel drags us along. This paper further distinguishes between two fundamental types of existence in the universe — physical particle matter and non-physical particle matter (coupled imprints such as light, electromagnetic waves, and cosmic rays) — clarifying that the two are substances of different properties occupying the same space; non-physical imprints remain stationary in the background field once produced, while physical matter collides with them at the speed of light, producing electromagnetic effects. Regarding the ultimate source of the universe's rotational power, this paper draws on the idea of prime number symmetry from the Riemann Hypothesis, proposing that the symmetric portion of the universe's energy that could be "evenly divided" has long dissipated, leaving behind prime-number-like energy that cannot be divided and can only sustain its existence by forming stable rotating circles. The model provides unified explanations for the constancy of the speed of light, wave-particle duality, and the four fundamental forces, and proposes several falsifiable experimental predictions.
