Experimental-analytical model assesses solvent effectiveness on asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits, indicating economic potential.
The purpose of this work is to predict the effectiveness of solvents, including under the influence of ultrasonic exposure, on asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits with a given group composition and to assess their economic effectiveness. The article discusses the historical aspects of the use of ultrasound. Physical and chemical studies of asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits were carried out. The process of removal of asphalt resin-refined deposits in a statistical mode with additional ultrasonic exposure and without ultrasonic exposure was investigated. Based on experimental studies, the effect of the component composition on the effectiveness of various solvents was established. An assessment of the efficiency and economic indicators of cleaning various ARPD by various methods was obtained.
