Measures gravitational constant effects and cosmic string properties, suggesting new physics insights.
Three HAL results: (1) Lab measurements of G measure G_eff = G_N/C0; G_N = C0 x G_CODATA is a HAL prediction unobservable by measuring G alone. (2) Cosmic string GW: h^HAL = h^GR/C0 (-0.73%), opposite to merger GW. (3) BBN: H^HAL = H^GR exactly, all abundances unchanged.
