Assesses earthquake and storm predictions in Central America and Brazil, suggesting a new forecasting method.
This upload contains the complete POLIS V12 work on the tensional cause of earthquakes and storms, the blind forecast for May/June 2026, and the global tensional calendar for the full year 2026. The first part explains why classical science fails to predict earthquakes and storms, presenting the primordial Earth, the invading body impact, the formation of the Moon, the extinction of gigantism, and the causal mechanism of lunar compression on the solid mesh. The second part is the blind forecast published on 25 April 2026, predicting an earthquake M≥6.5 in Central America (10–20°N, 85–100°W) during 14–16 June 2026 and extratropical storms with sustained winds ≥90 km/h in southern Brazil (25–35°S, 40–55°W) during 30 May–2 June and 28–30 June 2026. Falsification criteria are provided. The third part validates the method with real events from January to April 2026 (Guerrero M6.5, Sanriku M7.7, Sabugal thunderstorm, etc.) and extends the tensional calendar to December 2026 with explicit risk windows. All three documents are deposited together as a single reference. The POLIS V12 framework is fully closed, parameter-free and falsifiable.
