HγC A-Schema Note 01: Record-Level Schema for Admissible Change in the HγC A-Series

This note supplies a record-level schema for admissible change in the HγC A-series. A2, A3, and A4 established admissible reorganization, memory transformation, and bounded revisability as central conceptual structures, while A5 and A5-Ops showed how an A-series concept can become recordable without becoming a metric or verdict. The present note provides that missing instrument layer for A2-A4. The schema specifies what must be written down before a change in a history-bearing intelligence can be inspected as viable, conditionally tolerable, impairing, under-specified, contested, or held. Each field is recorded on two axes: a substantive reading and an epistemic confidence. Impairments are named from a fixed catalog, and facet outputs are derived under a non-masking rule rather than selected. Three facet records, covering A2 reorganization, A3 memory transformation, and A4 bounded revisability, combine into a shared admissible-change record without collapsing into a score or final decision. The central claim is narrow: a record-level schema is the first justified instrument layer for admissible change in the A-series.
