HγC W7: Response-Readiness of Routed W-line Pressure

This paper introduces W7 as a record-level response-readiness instrument in the HγC second cycle. Its starting point is the pressure routed by P4: limited integration pressure recorded after boundary-clarified comparison, with integration claim withheld and route to EDM / W-line review opened. W7 asks what can happen to such routed pressure after EDM receive-side intake, before any dynamic interpretation is allowed. The central result is that routed W-line pressure can become response-readable without becoming dynamically explained. W7 defines the conditions under which retained-variable status, lag-reference status, retained-lag pairing, relaxation-conditioned structure, finite-response status, coupling boundary, mode-threshold boundary, and claim boundary may be recorded together as W-line response pressure. These conditions are gathered in the Response-Pressure Record v0.1, a record-level instrument that derives allowed outputs, preserves partial and contested readings, states withheld claims, and specifies routing, archive, hold, block, and return conditions. A Bullet-type routed-pressure case is used as an instrument movement reading rather than as a physical explanation. The example produces a partial response-pressure record: finite-response candidate, relaxation-condition contestation, coupling boundary recorded, below-W6-threshold status, and dynamic explanation withheld. W7 therefore closes a handling gap, not an explanatory gap: it makes routed W-line pressure writeable, inspectable, contestable, and reusable before it is modeled, dynamically explained, lifted, integrated, or physically interpreted.
