Report defines tools for recipe visualization, emphasizing culinary heritage and knowledge mobility.
This report describes the necessary tools and knowledge required to produce an ontology and variables for a prototype to visualise a recipe through storytelling. Particular emphasis is put on a recipe’s geographical and historical dimensions with respect to the mobility of people, ingredients, and knowledge. The report is a deliverable (D4.3) for the European Union-funded RELISH (Reframing European gastronomy Legacy through Innovation, Sustainability and Heritage) project, which innovates culinary recipes as digital and cultural tools to promote cultural heritage and connect with emerging adults.
