Report outlines phytochemical profiling of moss accessions, indicating chemical diversity and chemotaxonomy.
In this deliverable, the metabolomic profiles resulting from the around 50 accessions of mosses coming from axenic culture is reported and organized in a summary table that will serve in the metabolic gene identification (WP3; T3.2) and the project public database (WP3; T3.3). The report also includes conclusions on chemical diversity and chemotaxonomy of European mosses. Do you want to know more about BRYOMOLECULES? Visit our project website: https://bryomolecules.eu
