Reality from Noise proposes that conscious experience is not passively received but rhythmically reconstructed — a trajectory through a geometric landscape shaped by neural rhythms, body signals, and learned structure. Across four parts, the series maps how this landscape can be measured, how it deforms in sleep, disorders, and altered states, and how clinical patterns emerge as precise geometrical signatures rather than symptom labels. Part 4 extends the framework to artificial memory systems, asking whether the same vocabulary of trajectories, reachability, and local dynamics can illuminate AI as well as the brain.
