Precision testing framework integrates source analysis and propagation in gravitational wave studies.
Structural Gravitational Waves (SGW) v1.6 — Precision Structural Tests presents an illustrative full-stack precision-testing framework that unifies the source-region analysis pipeline (v1.0–v1.4) with the cosmological propagation framework (v1.5) into a single hierarchical statistical architecture. This release introduces a unified likelihood framework for joint source–propagation inference, multi-metric significance quantification, a complete blind-analysis workflow, a systematic error budget, complementary structural tests (black-hole no-hair theorem, quasi-normal-mode consistency, and Einstein Equivalence Principle), hierarchical population-level inference, a correlation-aware joint significance map, a discovery decision framework, an end-to-end validation battery (S1–S8), and illustrative forecasts for third-generation gravitational-wave detectors. The repository includes: SGW v1.6 preprint (PDF) Companion demonstration Python script (sgw_v16_demo.py) README documentation All numerical values, sensitivity forecasts, significance levels, systematic-error estimates, validation outcomes, and scientific projections are illustrative examples intended to demonstrate the framework architecture. They do not represent analyses of actual LIGO–Virgo–KAGRA observations or multi-messenger datasets. This work serves as the precision-testing foundation for the forthcoming Structural Gravitational Waves v1.7 — Multi-Messenger Framework.
