First public release of a CRGE/JS-SH standalone manuscript and reproducibility package proposing a single-circumference element-wave grammar for prime hydrogen deformation, charge-radius symmetric locking, 118-element mass/ionization ledgers, spike-pit shell topology, and the native 12-seat board. This record contains Version 12 of a standalone theoretical manuscript and reproducibility package for the CRGE/JS-SH element-wave framework. The work proposes a single-circumference upstream geometric grammar for element mass, ionization, prime hydrogen deformation, charge-radius symmetric locking, and higher-shell spike-pit topology. The manuscript treats hydrogen-1 as a smooth prime cap/dimple deformation of an undeformed 5: 5 neutral shell, rather than as a conventional multi-particle assembly. The electron readout is assigned to the outward convex cap or outer antinode, the proton readout to the inward concave dimple or pit bottom, and the neutron/neutral readout to the zero-amplitude node surface at Rₙ = R₀. The geometric center is explicitly not identified with the neutron. This version also adds a native 12-seat shell-board clarification. The integers 12, 144 = 12², 1/144, 9/12, and 12 (12+3) =180 are treated as predeclared shell-seat, square microseat, projected occupation, and cap/dimple microseat quantities, not as post-hoc numerical fitting knobs.
