Abstract

The GARNET trial is the largest trial of an anti-PD-1 monotherapy, dostarlimab, in patients with dMMR/MSI-H advanced/recurrent (A/R) EC after platinum-based chemotherapy and supported global approvals in this setting. Previously published results provided robust evidence of clinical benefit and demonstrated durable antitumor activity with an acceptable safety profile. Here we report updated efficacy and safety at 6y follow-up accompanied by a conditional survival analysis to provide prognostic insights into long-term survival potential.
