This paper establishes a consistent operator-based ontology for the Theory of Harmonic Field Resonance (THFR), providing a formal framework eliminating explicit biological circularity by clarifying the operator-level status of the Quantum Coherent Reduction System (QCRS) prior to later-stage macroscopic material implementations. Following the canonical unification established in THFR-1.11 (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.21063508), this paper addresses a residual interpretive ambiguity concerning the operator-level status of QCRS and its role in the formation of local and global Collective Invariant Fields. We introduce a strict linear causal dependency that removes the necessity of external biological assumptions from the foundational definition of the QCRS layer. We clarify that the observed biomorphic structure is the macro-statistical manifestation of the stabilized distributed QCRS ensemble, rather than an external biological assumption introduced after macroscopic geometry has been established. This formulation fixes the ontological status of the QCRS within the pre-geometric substrate while leaving the strict computational derivation of its specific material chemical implementation as an open problem for subsequent work.
