Develops Syntactic Field Theory to explore phase transitions in molecular landscapes, indicating a new approach for synthesizing advanced materials.
The Machine Learning Domain usually treats latent vectors as static representations for classification or generation. The Physical Chemistry Domain usually treats potential energy surfaces as fixed landscapes derived from first-principles quantum mechanics. We bridge this divide by introducing Syntactic Field Theory, which operationalizes Latent Valency Mechanics to integrate artificial intelligence with an augmented physical Hamiltonian. Using a Deductive Format, we derive the mathematical bifurcation point for Induced Conformational Phase Transitions controlled by a non-linear Environmental Gating Function. Our methodology is validated through the computational construction of both a Python optimization engine and a real-time JavaScript molecular simulator. This framework provides a foundational methodology for Environmental Landscape Engineering, offering a new analytical lens through which to explore the stabilization of previously forbidden geometries. By shifting the focus from passive observation to active landscape modulation, this approach opens a rigorous path toward the eventual precision synthesis of Designer Matter.
