This OSF project hosts the post-completion registration package and analysis record for a systematic review and meta-analysis evaluating the prognostic meaning of Neuropilin-1 (NRP1) expression in solid tumors. The review focuses on whether NRP1 is associated with overall survival and whether this association differs by expression compartment, particularly tumor-cell or circulating NRP1 versus perivascular or peritumoral NRP1. The project includes the OSF protocol and analysis plan, copy-paste registration fields, and supporting materials for transparent documentation of the review process.
