Response from His Majesty's Home Office CEL/Home Office, 2023 Evidence from a criminal enquiry.This document formed a part of Capstone Estates Limited's (CEL's) and Transport for London's (TfL's) Evidence Dossier, a copy of which was hand delivered by CEL, addressed to the National Crime Agency, to the British Embassy in Bangkok, on the 6th of December, 2023. The embassy official on duty signed CEL's delivery note to acknowledge delivery on behalf of the NCA (see: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20317616).This letter from the UK's Home Office, dated 9th August, was received by CEL via email in 2023.
