Testing whether second-order UOG admissibility constrains the growth-response coefficient. This technical note audits whether the second-order growth-response coefficient b₀ inherited from OUCH v3.6 is admissible under basic OUCH-UOG consistency conditions. The note does not derive b₀ and does not perform a new S₈ calibration. It tests the pre-existing reconstructed value b₀ = −0.356337 against positivity, monotonic damping, response monotonicity, bounded irreversibility, and the reversible ΛCDM limit. The result is conservative: b₀ is admissible and weakly constrained, but remains phenomenological under the current closure level.
