Predictions reveal non-thermal characteristics of Hawking radiation, suggesting implications for black hole information retention.
The Unary Field Theory (UFT) predicts that Hawking radiation is not purely thermal but carries spectral modulations imprinted by quantum fluctuations of the unary field Ψ near the κt flow saturation boundary (s_flow → 0⁺). The event horizon is a physical boundary where crystallization saturation s → 1⁻, and residual κt flow is depleted. Quantum jitter of the radial excitation σ(x) near this threshold "leaks" phase fragments back into the κt flow, producing a non-thermal correction to the Hawking spectrum. The modulation amplitude is ε(E) ∼ exp(-T_crit²/T_H²), with critical temperature T_crit ∼ 10⁵ GeV (for s_flow ∼ 10⁻³) and energy scale E₀ ∼ m_φc² = 1.1×10⁻²² eV. For macroscopic black holes, ε ≪ 1 (negligible); for microscopic black holes near the Planck mass, ε ∼ 1 (highly non-thermal). This mechanism preserves quantum information during evaporation, resolving the black hole information paradox without firewalls. Observational tests include gamma-ray spectral deviations from evaporating primordial black holes (Fermi-LAT, HAWC, LHAASO) and gravitational wave echoes in LIGO/Virgo ringdown data.
