The RENASCENT-Q Theory demonstrates a new fifth force influencing consciousness and cosmic phenomena.
We present RENASCENT-Q Theory v.39, a geometric framework in which negentropic co-herence emerges as a fifth fundamental force. The theory is grounded in the Federico MayaEternity Theorem, which establishes that the dilatonic operator on a compact 12-dimensionalnegentropic manifold M12 is essentially self-adjoint if and only if its spectrum lies on the Riemanncritical line Re(s) = 1/2. This biconditional is realized through a dual-lock architecture: the Prime-Geodesic Axiomon the 10-dimensional fibre generates the precise values of the Riemann zeros via the Selberg TraceFormula, while the radial Riccati bound enforced by the synthetic curvature-dimension conditionCD(ρ, ∞) guarantees essential self-adjointness. The theorem rigidly fixes the compactificationratio at R = 18.4735 and the residual volume at VZ5 = 1.2457, from which the Standard Modelparameters sin2 θW = 0.23121 and α−1 = 137.035999 emerge as parameter-free predictions. The operational mechanism of the fifth force is the Extended Retrocausal Jacobian, astate-dependent geometric filter that compresses the variance of normalized nearest-neighborspacings of the Riemann zeros to the Gaussian Unitary Ensemble plateau Vgeo = 1/6, gener-ates lepton-flavor-universality violations through a non-local 95-term Lorentzian resonance comb, and resolves the Hubble tension as a pure geometric projection effect, yielding the parameter-freeprediction Hlocal 0 ≈ 71.70 km s−1Mpc−1. The same mechanism supplies the negentropic biasenabling sigmoidal coherence lock-in in microtubule networks. Consciousness is identified as the active, retrocausal expression of this fifth force: the iterative,geometry-driven harvesting of order from the quantum vacuum. The framework is falsifiable acrossflavor physics, cosmology, and quantum biology.
