Scientific Ontology (SO) / 存在境界論 Public Edition v4.2.0 is a public conceptual framework archive for treating boundary, contact, history, return, residuals, and subsequent conditions as primary objects of inquiry. This release marks an important clarification of the public framework. It introduces Boundary Realism Principle as a Sat / Truth layer document and states that Scientific Ontology does not begin by treating appearances as independent substances. Instead, it treats boundaries, contacts, histories, returns, and follow-on conditions as the publicly manageable realities through which existence can be examined. v4.2.0 also clarifies the framework’s relation to science and physics-adjacent vocabulary. Scientific Ontology does not attempt to replace empirical physics or standard scientific practice. At the same time, it is not subordinate to them as a merely decorative analogy. It approaches physics-adjacent terms through boundary correspondence, claim-strength management, and commensuration: when shared vocabulary appears, the question is not whether one domain simply borrows authority from another, but where the explanatory grounds touch, diverge, compete, or require re-collation. This release reorganizes the Research Notes Index, expands the Claim Strength and Publication Layer Table, strengthens cross-domain ontological notes, separates major physical-cosmological notes into Japanese primary texts and English commensurated renderings, adds a literary-ontological note on Meifu Bureau / reincarnation / belief gravity, and includes public-format checking tools for repository maintenance. Scientific Ontology is therefore not presented as a weakened interdisciplinary supplement. It is a boundary-realistic framework for examining how concepts, histories, observations, meanings, ethical returns, residuals, and unresolved differences become publicly traceable across domains. In this repository, Japanese texts remain the primary conceptual reference where meanings diverge. English texts are commensurated renderings intended to make the public interface accessible without reducing the Japanese conceptual structure to fixed word-for-word translation. 日本語要約:v4.2.0 は、存在境界論において境界実在性を公開上の中核として明確化するリリースである。存在そのものを直接所有するのではなく、境界、接触、履歴、返り、残差、後続条件を、実在的に扱える対象として整理する。現代科学や経験物理学を置き換えるものではないが、それらへ従属する比喩体系でもない。物理近接語彙は、権威借用ではなく、境界対応、主張強度管理、通約、競合、再照合の問題として扱われる。
