This release presents Version 1.0 of the Integrated Research Framework, a modular theoretical corpus on the epistemic governance of AI-mediated scientific ecosystems. The corpus comprises seven interconnected documents: the Reader's Guide, the Framework Reference Standard (FRS), the Proof Skeleton, the Epistemic Profiling (EP) Monograph, the EP Summary, the CVaR Scientific Governance framework, and the Recursive Research Systems (RRS) monograph. The framework integrates epistemic profiling, coherent risk measures, and AI governance into a unified mathematical architecture. It is presented exclusively as a theoretical proposal: no empirical datasets, experiments, or implementation results are claimed. Empirical validation and further development are intentionally left to future research. The work was developed with the assistance of multiple artificial intelligence systems used as analytical and adversarial-review tools. All theoretical contributions and scientific responsibility remain solely with the author.
