This working paper constitutes the original conceptual disclosure of an integrative AI governance framework developed by Emme Rahman. The framework addresses the governance of relationships between individual human actors, organizational structures, and artificial intelligence systems as a unified relational triad. Grounded in both psychological and systems thinking perspectives, it is wholly original and does not derive from any existing AI ethics, policy, or technical governance framework.
