This research introduces the Student Project Development Lab (SPDL), a project-based educational framework designed to bridge the gap between computer science education and industry requirements. The framework integrates project-based learning, interdisciplinary collaboration, mentorship, industry-oriented skills development, and continuous evaluation mechanisms to enhance student employability and practical competencies. The proposed model aims to establish a structured ecosystem for innovation, research, and professional development within higher education institutions.
