This study introduces an educational framework that integrates AI-driven contextualized narrative interaction with cultural heritage called CH-SAIN . The framework aims to apply digital technology to cultural heritage education through a cognitive synergy enhancement model grounded in immersive/embodied learning and digital heritage narrative theories. Supported by situational learning, multimodal cognitive-skill development, and cultural heritage theories, this systematic framework combines three-dimensional modeling with immersive narrative interaction (such as first-person-role embodied storytelling, simulated touch, visual perception, and auditory feedback). It develops cultural heritage classroom courseware and implements systematic courses. Immersive task design and contextualized narratives significantly enhance learners' professional skills and cultural cognition. Quantitative and qualitative analyses comparing it to web-based museum learning show improved knowledge retention, interest, and satisfaction with narrative-based interactive courses, fostering greater interest in cultural heritage and deeper cognitive understanding. This research supports the digital transformation of cultural education and provides practical examples for educational practitioners and cultural institutions in virtual exhibitions and online learning. It confirms the positive impact of AI-assisted contextualization and multimodal narrative interaction on learning outcomes in cultural heritage contexts.
