Explores sustainable supply chain decisions in semiconductors, highlighting effective procurement strategies.
This study proposes an integrated DEMATEL – ANP – VIKOR multi-criteria decision-making framework to support green procurement decisions in semiconductor sustainable supply chains. Unlike conventional approaches that assume independence among criteria, the proposed method captures causal interdependencies among economic, environmental, and strategic factors. Industry-specific criteria, including supplier development cost and future green product planning, are incorporated to reflect the unique characteristics of the semiconductor industry. The modified DEMATEL-based ANP (DANP) is employed to derive influential relationships and criterion weights, while the VIKOR method identifies compromise solutions and improvement priorities toward aspired sustainability levels. A real-world case study demonstrates the applicability of the proposed framework and provides actionable managerial insights for enhancing green procurement strategies under complex decision environments.
