Deterministic system models tumour progression and immune activity, indicating new pathways for analysis and education.
The Williams Carlo Oncology Deterministic Engine is a fully deterministic behavioural‑modelling framework designed to represent tumour progression, microenvironment conditions, immune activity, and resistance evolution with complete reproducibility. Built on the Williams Carlo operator formalism, it uses symbolic geometry (O, →, •, /, Loop/, •+, /µ, /R) to encode defined state transitions, creating a stable and consistent mapping between symbolic operations and biological behaviours. All transitions within the engine are implemented as pure functions with no stochastic elements, guaranteeing identical outputs for identical inputs across platforms and runs. The model integrates tumour growth dynamics, treatment events, microenvironment drift, immune modulation, resistance development, optional resistance decay, and deterministic baseline restoration. Multi‑cycle execution enables structured analysis of burden trajectories, environmental changes, immune responses, and resistance patterns under repeated treatment and reset conditions. This release includes the complete pseudocode spine, behavioural semantics table, visual atlas, mathematical appendix, symbolic operator interface, and a neutral AI specification for deterministic reasoning. Together, these components form a fully documented, operator‑driven system suitable for deterministic simulation, conceptual modelling, educational use, and browser‑based implementations. Author’s Note This present document records the first fully structured deduction of the Phaistos Disc within a rigorous analytic framework. The derivation proceeds by treating the Disc not as an undeciphered artifact but as a formally constrained generative system, allowing its internal logic to be isolated, expressed, and verified. This result establishes a reproducible pathway for future analyses of ancient symbolic media and situates the Disc within a broader computational lineage rather than a purely archaeological mystery. An additional document, titled Engine Fold — Core Concept Document, is included as part of the ultra‑engine package and stands as an official component of the system’s conceptual architecture.
